2. Data we collect

When you use the forms on this website (quote request, contact, "Any questions?"), we receive the data you send us: name, email address, phone number and the content of your request (goods, origin, quantity…). We do not collect any other personal data through this website.

3. Why we use it

Only to answer your request, prepare a quote and, if you entrust us with a file, handle your customs clearance. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request and performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legal obligations under customs and accounting law (Article 6(1)(c)). Your data is never sold or used for advertising.

4. Who has access

Tires Clearance SRL and, strictly within their role, our web host (Hostinger) and technical providers. If you entrust us with a customs clearance, the necessary data is sent to the customs and tax authorities, as required by law.

5. How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to a collaboration are deleted no later than 3 years after the last contact. Data linked to a customs file is kept for the period required by customs and accounting law.

6. Your rights

You may at any time ask to access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, or request data portability. Write to info@tiresclearance.be; we reply within one month.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
